Who We Are
The Agape Christian Church strives to be The church in the community and in your life. We realize that there are hundreds of church choices within an hours drive from your home. Agape Christian is a Bible based Church that is nondenominational. We are under the direction of our local elders, who operate under the headship and direction of Jesus Christ through our only book of authority, the Bible.
Agape Christian Church is a Antioch type church, being a church for all people. We accept all believers into fellowship by baptism by immersion. We are interracial, intercultural; we are open to all economic, educational and political groups. We have a strong youth program as well as men and women’s programs.
Agape Christian Church operates on prayer. We have personal times of prayer at all our services and on Friday evening we have an evening of prayer where our prayer warriors gather to uphold all that we do, and all that we are involved in.
Agape Christian Church is a mission church. We are the financial officers and directors of a hospital and primary school in Guatemala. We are involved in a number of mission outreaches in a Latin America and in parts of Africa.
Agape Christian seeks to listen to and obey Jesus Christ in all that we do. We service the Lord’s Supper to all believers each Lord’s Day, and we are financed by free will offerings and tithes, we require no pledges of support.
Agape Christian Church seeks to invite people to come and check us out with no pressure. Come and see for yourself. You will be treated like family while you are examining our positions. You are welcome to come for a Sunday or a lifetime.
